Stefan is Senior Advisor on developing and implementing EU projects. During his career leaded and implemented international projects on know-how transfer to public administrations (Twinning, SRSS/SRSP, Grants) in, e.g. public finance, justice reform, tourism and e-government, mostly in Eastern/Southeastern Europe and neighbouring countries of the European Union; wrote more than 100 project applications and participated in numerous project selection meeting presentations and interviews. Stefan is a networker with access to hundreds of European experts on public administration reform and better governance. He is the founder of SCENOR, the scientific platform active in research an area of security and democracy in Austria, Europe and worldwide
