Degree in political and administrative sciences mention international relations (Summa cum laude) of the Central University of Venezuela, with two diplomas: “Venezuela, leadership and oil ” of the Future Foundation present in alliance with the Institute of Higher Studies of Administration and ” governability, political management and public management” of the Andres Bello Catholic University in agreement with the Georgetown University and CAF. With experience of 3 years as delegate and academic advisor of the Latin American Model of United Nations (Lamun) of the Central University of Venezuela and different seminars and monographs to mention: political and media systems compared, neuropower, political Islamism, Leadership and political communication, strategy and international security, integration schemes in Latin America, ceremonial and diplomatic protocol.
